How to Order Offline
If you are not comfortable ordering
online,
you can still use the website to select the books you
desire and then generate an order form.
This will show you the total cost for your order,
including tax (if any) and shipping, and when you
mail it to us it will provide us with all the information
we need to fill your order.
You are always welcome to order by telephone using
a major credit card; in that case you don't need the order form,
though you may still want it for your own information.

To Generate an Order Form
Select the books you want on the
website.
After you have made your selections,
click on the "Checkout" button at the top of the page. This will open up a new
browser with a form asking for your address information.
Fill out the required information on
that page, then click the "Continue" button, which will take you to the next
page.
Click on the "Continue"
button on the new page. (You can ignore the request for credit card information.)
The next page that appears asks for
your credit card information, but since you are not ordering online, do not enter
it.
Instead, simply print this page and
use it as your order form, then close that browser; all the information you entered will
be discarded.
